Job summary

The Victoria Inn in Salcombe is seeking a part-time bar or waiting team member to join a friendly, busy pub environment. You may progress toward supervisor or team-leader responsibilities while delivering warm, efficient service to locals and visitors.

The role offers flexible shifts, staff meals on long shifts, and opportunities to train and develop within St Austell Brewery's team.

Job description

The Victoria Inn is a scenic pub, complete with comfy rooms, that’s set in the heart of Salcombe, a stone’s throw from the banks of Kingsbridge Estuary.

You’ll be working in one South Devon’s most beautiful coastal destinations, rightly designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The pub itself is popular among locals and tourists alike, who are drawn to a characterful interior adorned with cosy nooks and roaring log fire, while a suntrap beer garden awaits outside.
