Job summary

The Shipwrights in Padstow, Cornwall, part of St Austell Brewery, is seeking friendly bar or waiting staff to join a close-knit team. You’ll be serving guests with warmth and attention, helping create memorable experiences while building relationships with our regulars.

You’ll greet customers, take orders, and ensure the front of house runs smoothly in a busy, friendly pub environment. We offer flexible hours, training, and staff perks to support your growth.

You’ll be working in Cornwall’s foodie capital; a serene location that’s perfect for getting out on the water, exploring the estuary, and navigating the surrounding coastline.
