Job summary

St Austell Brewery’s The Old Custom House in Padstow is seeking an experienced bar or waiting team member ready to progress to supervisory duties. You’ll join a welcoming team in a historic town, with live-in accommodation and a focus on great guest service.

We value attention to detail and pride in hospitality, offering training and clear opportunities to advance within the business. Flexible shifts and staff discounts help make this a rewarding role by the coast.

The Old Custom House enjoys a prime position on Padstow’s South Quay. It stands proud as one of the town’s historic stone buildings and buzzes with life as both a community pub and a hot spot for tourists with comfy sea view rooms.

You’ll be working in Cornwall’s foodie capital; a serene location that’s perfect for getting out on the water, exploring the estuary, and navigating the surrounding coastline.
