The Old Custom House on Padstow’s South Quay is a historic stone building blending a community pub with comfy sea-view rooms. You’ll join a team focused on warm welcomes and memorable guest experiences, while supporting high standards across service and operations.

If you’ve worked in bars or waiting teams and want to progress into supervision, you’ll receive strong training, flexible hours, live‑in accommodation, and staff benefits seeking to foster growth and a great team culture.
