McMullen & Sons Ltd. is seeking a Bar & Waiting Supervisor in Essex to lead daily operations in a premium bar setting.

You will supervise shifts, coach staff, and ensure exceptional guest service while maintaining high standards of quality and hospitality. As a Bar & Waiting Supervisor you will be responsible for

• Delighting our guests through exceptional service

• Running shifts and supporting the Management team

Prior experience within a supervisory role is essential however full training will be given through the McMullen GROW Programme both in house and at our Training and Development Centre in Hertford.
