Job summary

The Wellington Hotel in Boscastle is seeking an experienced bar or waiting team member ready to progress or take on a supervisor role. You’ll contribute to smooth service and guest satisfaction in a historic, family-friendly inn.

We offer live-in accommodation, generous staff discounts, training and progression, meals on shifts over 6 hours, flexible working, and opportunities to be part of a welcoming coastal pub and restaurant team in Cornwall.

The Wellington Hotel dates back to the 16th century and lies within the picturesque coastal village of Boscastle. This historic family-friendly destination is one of the oldest coaching inns in Cornwall and boasts a popular pub, restaurant, and overnight accommodation.
Boscastle is set along the county’s dramatic north coast, with spectacular walking trails and golden beaches on its doorstep. It’s a go-to for locals and visitors alike.
