Job summary

The Wellington Hotel in Boscastle, Cornwall, is looking for an experienced bar or waiting team member who wants to progress, or someone ready to step into a supervisor or team-leader role. You’ll join a warm, family-friendly pub with restaurant and overnight accommodation.

We offer live-in accommodation, 30% off food and drink, 50% off overnight stays, a generous staff discount scheme, great training and real opportunities to progress. Meals are provided for shifts over 6 hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar or waiting team required or desired for progression.
• Interest in supervisory or team-leader responsibilities.
• Strong customer service and hospitality focus.
