Job summary

McMullen & Sons Ltd. in Hitchin is looking for a Bar & Waiting Supervisor to help run a busy pub within our Classic pub concept. You will lead front-of-house teams, ensure outstanding guest experience and support the Management team during shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a supervisory role is essential.
• Full training provided through the GROW Programme in house and at training centres.

As a Bar & Waiting Supervisor you will be responsible for

Prior experience within a supervisory role is essential however full training will be given through the McMullen GROW Programme both in house and at our Training and Development Centre in Hertford.
