Job summary

McMullen & Sons Ltd is seeking a Bar & Waiting Supervisor in Hertford to deliver exceptional guest service, coach the team, and run shifts in support of the management team.

Prior experience in a supervisory role is essential, with full training through the McMullen GROW Programme in-house and at the Training and Development Centre in Hertford. The role offers £12.86 per hour, full or part time hours, weekly pay, and a generous staff discount.

As a Bar & Waiting Supervisor you will be responsible for
