Job summary

Marston's plc is seeking friendly Bar and Waiting teammates for our pubs in Chippenham. You’ll be the face of the pub, delivering great service and memorable moments while learning through our DNA app-based training.

No prior hospitality experience is required, and flexible, part-time hours are available to fit around your life. We offer progression opportunities across our pubs and centres with a supportive team environment and real benefits.

We're on the lookout for new Bar and Waiting teammates to join our team! New to hospitality? You won't be for long! Make a name for yourself in one of our pubs. Our Bar and Waiting teams are at the heart of it all, right where the magic happens. It's not just a shift on the bar. It's mastering the best pint. It's not just delivering delicious, quality food. It's about creating those happy, memorable moments that leaves our guests coming back for more. We'll give you the skills you need via our internal career pathway (DNA) including access to our innovative app-based training. As part of our Bar and Waiting team you'll: Be the face of our pubs creating and maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

• Be responsible for taking orders, serving and upselling our fantastic food and drinks
• Be passionate about providing brilliant customer service
• Care about the wider team, turning your hand to support wherever needed
• Gain people, marketing and operational skills whilst getting paid for it!
