Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Supervisor in Manchester to join our Grandstand pubs. You will help run the business with the pub management team, ensuring operations are efficient, profitable, and guest-focused.

You will be responsible for opening/closing, stocking and cash handling, while setting a high standard for service. The role offers progression through our internal pathway, with opportunities to advance to Assistant Manager and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Experience in pub operations and customer service excellence.
• Ability to manage opening/closing, stock, and cash handling during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work with the pub management team to run the business efficiently and profitably.
• Open and close shifts, stock, and cash up.
• Be a role model for customer service and guest experience.
• Oversee all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away.
