Job Details

Rate of Pay / Hours: OTE Up to £13.88 per Hour (Including TRONC) plus generous benefits, training & development, 40 hours per week

Type of Contract: Permanent

Location: Brighton

About the Role

Do you have high standards and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? If you love working with food, wine, and cocktails and want to be part of a dynamic team, this role is for you. You will be the face of our restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service.

We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, offering flexible shifts, especially during evenings and weekends. We provide career training, including nationally recognized apprenticeships, to help you progress within Hotel du Vin.
