Position Overview

We are currently inviting applications for the role of Food and Beverage Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and service-driven professional with experience in hotel restaurants, bars, or banqueting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the F&B team to ensure consistently high service standards
• Manage daily food and beverage operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to perform at their best
• Monitor hygiene, safety compliance, and operational procedures
• Handle guest queries and feedback professionally and proactively

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage or hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety regulations
