Rate of Pay / Hours: OTE Up to £13.88 per Hour (Including TRONC) plus generous benefits, training, and development / 40 hours per week

You will have experience working in a busy restaurant and/or bar and be seeking the next step in your career. You will be the face of the restaurant and bar within our hotel, helping to control flow and communicate with the kitchen and management to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests.
We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, requiring flexibility for various shifts. We are busier during evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and hours are flexible and can be discussed at interview. We offer nationally recognized apprenticeships and detailed brand training to help you stand out and develop your career, potentially progressing to Head of Department roles.
