Job summary

TeamSport in Dundee is seeking a proactive F&B Team Leader to oversee day-to-day operations of the food and beverage function. You will train crew, uphold brand standards, manage stock and rotas, and help drive profitability while keeping customers safe and entertained.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on F&B experience and strong supervisory skills, with a practical, down-to-earth leadership style that energizes the team during busy evenings and weekends.

Please note:

As a leisure and hospitality business, our peak times are during evenings and weekends. Therefore, flexibility to work during these hours is essential for this role. You are likely to have one in three weekends off.
