TeamSport in the leisure sector seeks a Food & Beverage Team Leader to manage daily F&B operations, drive service excellence and coach crew. You will ensure safety standards, uphold brand guidelines, and contribute to a fun, high-energy environment.

You will lead a small team, train staff on service, stock control, HACCP, and rotas, and work with the General Manager to improve profitability while delivering memorable experiences for guests.

Formación

• Flexible to work during evenings and weekends.

We're on the hunt for a F&B Team Leader/supervisor who loves crafting incredible experiences. Please note:

As a leisure and hospitality business, our peak times are during evenings and weekends. Therefore, flexibility to work during these hours is essential for this role. You are likely to have one in three weekends off.
