Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide guests with information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables, keeping the dining area clean and well-presented.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and quality of food.
• Ensure Food Safety and Health & Safety guidelines are followed at all times.
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.

What you'll be doing...

As a Waiting Staff member, you will play an important role in delivering a friendly, professional, and high-quality hospitality experience at Rangers FC.
