The role requires passion, organization and the ability to manage multiple events, with opportunities for training and progression. Commuting to Dorking daily is expected; staff accommodation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in banqueting, events or high-volume kitchens.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food for conferences, weddings and private events.
• Assist with stock control and portion planning.
• Maintain hygiene standards and safety protocols.
• Support team members and collaborate to deliver exceptional guest experiences during busy periods.
• Be willing to work across kitchen areas and contribute to menu development.
