Job summary

Wotton House is seeking a Banqueting Chef de Partie to join our events kitchen. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting dishes for conferences, weddings and private events, delivering high-quality food and maintaining excellent hygiene standards.

Experience in banqueting and high-volume catering is highly valued. Live-in opportunity available, with a focus on teamwork and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie ready to take the next step.
• Experience in banqueting, events, hotels or high-volume catering is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, presentation and kitchen organisation.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes for conferences, weddings, private events and banqueting functions.
• Deliver consistently high-quality food for varying event sizes.
• Collaborate with Kitchen and Conference & Events teams to ensure smooth, high-standard service.
