Park Plaza in London is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie with a passion for delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare, produce and present meals for guests across banqueting and meetings, ensuring consistency and excellence.

We are looking for our

Banqueting Chef de Partie, who:

• Has proven professional kitchen experience, expertise in volume food production, mass event timing, plated service, HACCP compliance, and the ability to supervise junior chefs

• Have previous experience as a

Chef de Partie in a high-volume Meetings and Events Kitchen
