Anchor Group Services is recruiting Banksman / Security Officers for The Elephant, a landmark mixed-use development in Elephant & Castle, London. The role requires coordinating vehicle movements, access control, and maintaining a safe, well-organised site.

You will also provide relief cover in the Control Room and uphold professional customer service in a busy environment. SIA Door Supervisor Licence is required; CCTV licence is desirable.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
• CCTV licence is highly desirable.
• Reliable and safety-conscious.
• Willing to cover 4 on/4 off shifts.

Job Role: Banksman/Security Officer

WorkingHours: 4 on 4 off shift pattern(2 days, 2 nights, 4 off) - Average 42 hours per week

Pay: £14.80per hour

Anchor Group Services is recruiting Banksman / SecurityOfficers for The Elephant, a landmark mixed-use development at the heart ofElephant & Castle. Bringing together retail, residential and public spaces,The Elephant is set to become a vibrant destination where residents, visitors,retailers and communities come together.

This is a unique opportunity to join a flagship Londonmobilisation from day one, helping to establish standards, culture and serviceexcellence across a brand-new development. As a Banksman / Security Officer,you will play a key role in supporting the safe movement of vehicles,deliveries and contractors throughout the development, helping to maintain asafe and well-organised operational environment.

Due to the operational requirements of the site, thesuccessful candidate will also be required to provide occasional cover withinthe Control Room. As such, applicants must hold a valid SIA Door SupervisorLicence. A valid CCTV (Public Space Surveillance) Licence is highly desirable. This is a dual-roleposition combining Banksman duties with security responsibilities whenrequired.

About the Role

As a Banksman / Security Officer, you will support the safeand efficient movement of vehicles throughout the development, working closelywith drivers, contractors, retailers and site teams. You will help manageaccess to loading bays and service areas, promote safe working practices, andensure operational areas remain safe and well organised at all times.

You will also provide relief cover within the site's ControlRoom as required, monitoring CCTV systems and supporting the wider securityoperation.

You will be a visible ambassador for both Anchor GroupServices and The Elephant, demonstrating professionalism, vigilance andexcellent customer service in a busy operational environment.
