Job summary

Panda Ireland is seeking a safety-focused Banksman at our Widnes site to manage vehicle movements and ensure safe yard operations.

You will work closely with drivers, weighbridge operators and site teams, outdoors in a busy environment. The role requires clear communication, vigilance, PPE compliance, inductions for first-time visitors, and the ability to follow site rules and traffic procedures, while supporting colleagues as needed.

Responsibilities

About The Role

As a Banksman, you’ll work closely with drivers, weighbridge operators and site teams to ensure vehicles move safely and efficiently around the yard. This is a hands‑on, outdoor role suited to someone who communicates clearly, stays alert and is confident working in a busy operational environment.
