Job summary

Fawkes and Reece are seeking an experienced Banksman / Labourer for a busy contractor on a site in Colne (BB8). You will direct vehicle and plant movements, maintain safe traffic flow, and ensure pedestrian segregation.

Work as part of a site team, follow all health and safety procedures, communicate clearly with colleagues, and keep your area clean and tidy. NPORS/CPCS cards or equivalent are preferred.

Qualifications

• Banksman card (NPORS/CPCS) or equivalent.
• Proven on-site experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of site safety procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
