Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Bank's strategic architecture vision, roadmap, and technology direction across specialist technology domains.
• Provide deep technical expertise in the design, evaluation, and governance of complex enterprise architectures.
• Lead and coordinate Solution Architects across programmes and initiatives, fostering architectural excellence and knowledge sharing.
• Drive innovative engineering and technology transformation initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Establish and promote enterprise architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for security and compliance.
• Identify emerging technologies and trends that deliver strategic value for the bank's technology landscape.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, engineering teams, architects, and stakeholders.
• Champion architecture governance and review processes ensuring enterprise standards for security, resilience, and performance.
• Influence senior leadership with evidence-based architectural recommendations for optimal technology solutions.
• Lead complex, high-impact technology programmes ensuring alignment with architecture strategy and business priorities.
• Mentor and develop architecture and engineering talent, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to long-term technology policies, operating models, and investment decisions.
