Job summary

Executive Network Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Banking Solicitor in Birmingham with asset-based lending expertise. The role focuses on advising lenders and corporates on finance and security matters, covering real estate finance, leveraged finance, and corporate lending.

You will work closely with the Partners on a diverse caseload and gain exposure to high-value work. The ideal candidate has 4+ PQE, exceptional communication, and the ability to work well in a team and independently.

Qualifications

• Solicitor with asset-based lending experience and 4+ PQE.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work within a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Advise lenders, banks, and corporates on finance and security matters.
• Work on real estate finance, capital markets, leveraged finance and corporate lending.
• Support the team on a varied caseload and provide top-tier high-value work.
