Salary - Up to £70k + annual bonus & benefits
Location - Edinburgh or Glasgow
Office Attendance - Our roles are hybrid; however, you should be able to travel to our Glasgow or Edinburgh office 1 day per week for this position.
This is a 12-month FTC position.

We're looking for a Banking Services Manager to join our Payments & Banking Services team at Tesco Bank, part of Barclays Bank UK Plc.
This is an amazing opportunity to lead on supporting the most Important Business Services (IBS) that we deliver for our customers, whilst interacting with senior leaders as you manage the Tesco Bank services forum.
As we continue to integrate with Barclays you'll be a key individual in the customer service proposition and management of these IBS.
What you'll be doing
• Working with key stakeholders you drive improvements in Tesco Bank's service proposition and management of Important Business Services/Operational Resilience.
• Collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to understand performance to mitigate performance hotspots, risks and vulnerabilities.
• Managing the Tesco Bank Services Forum and supporting IBS owners in delivering the requirements by the Operational Resilience Programme.
• You'll also be supporting the process of exiting the existing arrangements that Tesco Bank has with Tesco Group as a result of the sale to Barclays Bank UK Plc.
We need you to have
• Strong understanding of how process improvements can be used to drive and influence our customer outcomes. This will involve also understanding any potential Risk impacts
• Experience of confidently managing senior stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Strong demonstrable experience with MS products to prepare presentations for senior leadership

• Understanding of Operational Resilience aims
• Knowledge of what Important Business Services means to customers and Tesco Bank
• Strong communicator
