Overview

This is a job share opportunity, where you and a colleague will share the duties of one full-time role, each working part-time hours on a pro-rata basis.

Responsibilities

1. Manage a team to deliver product control activities within Banking Product Control in the Finance Transaction Control function.
2. Provide supporting information to senior customers in Financial Control and other finance areas.
3. Champion the potential of our business with integrity and support.
4. Ensure the delivery and integrity of product control activities supporting statutory and external reporting.
5. Review reporting metrics and controls for consistency.
6. Lead a team to deliver high-quality, accurate finance data supporting various reporting requirements.
7. Ensure compliance with policies and controls, and oversee month-end activities and balance sheet substantiation.
8. Support audits and provide expertise during reporting cycles.

Qualifications and Skills

• Qualified accountant with experience in a business environment.
• Experience managing global finance teams and delivering financial controls and reporting.
• Ability to build relationships at a senior level, influence, and challenge.
• Knowledge of Oracle financial applications, data management techniques, including Python, AWS, and Tableau.
• Experience delivering change in financial services or medium to large corporates.
