Job summary

Be | Shaping the Future UK in London is seeking experienced professionals to support a major banking transformation focused on supplier governance, third‑party risk oversight and operational controls. The team will design, implement and embed operating models, procedures and remediation frameworks.

Qualifications

• Delivery-focused professionals capable of independent work while engaging senior stakeholders in complex, regulated environments.
• Experience across supplier governance, risk oversight and operational controls is desirable.
• Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical procedures and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of remediation initiatives to address control, audit and regulatory findings.
• Managing remediation plans, actions and delivery milestones
• Coordinating governance forums, RAID management and reporting
• Performing root cause analysis and defining sustainable corrective actions
• Mobilising stakeholders, SMEs and delivery teams to achieve outcomes
• Managing evidence packs and audit‑control closure requirements
