Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates is handling a Banking Lawyers role on behalf of a well-established national law firm. The appointment will be in either Edinburgh or Glasgow on a full-time basis.

You will work across financing transactions, with opportunities in leveraged finance, real estate finance, corporate lending and ABL, drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documents, and coordinating with borrowers, lenders or investors.

Qualifications

• Experience in drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documents.
• Experience negotiating intercreditor agreements.
• Experience liaising with borrowers, lenders or investors.

Responsibilities

• Involved in all stages of the transaction lifecycle including drafting and negotiating facility agreements.
• Support colleagues across financing matters including leveraged and real estate finance.
