Our client, a well-established national law firm, is recruiting two Banking Lawyers to join its expanding team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow on a full-time basis. The role focuses on financing transactions across sectors, including multi-jurisdictional matters, with opportunities in leveraged and real estate finance.

One position targets candidates with 2-4 years’ PQE and the other with 4-6 years’ PQE. You will draft facility agreements and security documents, negotiate intercreditor

Formación

• 2-4 years’ PQE for one role

• Drafting facility agreements and security documents
• Negotiating intercreditor agreements
• Experience liaising with borrowers, lenders or investors
• Experience supporting banking teams across leveraged finance, real estate finance, corporate lending and ABL
