Job summary

LAW Absolute, a leading international law firm, seeks a Banking & Finance Associate with 1-3 years' PQE to join its London team. You will work on high-value financing transactions for financial institutions, sponsors and corporate borrowers, across cross-border matters.

Expect to advise on leveraged and acquisition finance, corporate lending, structured finance and refinancings, collaborating with partners and senior associates in a dynamic finance practice in London.

Qualifications

• Qualified in England and Wales to practise as a solicitor.
• 1-3 years PQE gained in a leading banking & finance practice.
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice to clients.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

• Advise on leveraged and acquisition finance.
• Handle corporate lending and general banking transactions.
• Experience with fund finance and asset-based lending.
• Involve in structured finance and securitisation.

An international law firm is looking to recruit a Banking & Finance Associate with 1-3 years' PQE to join its established London team.

The firm has a strong international finance practice, advising leading financial institutions, alternative lenders, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on a broad range of complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on high-value, sophisticated transactions alongside experienced partners and associates, gaining exposure to a diverse client base and a wide range of financing structures.

The Role

The successful candidate will advise on a variety of banking and finance matters, which may include:

• Leveraged and acquisition finance.
• Corporate lending and general banking transactions.
• Fund finance and asset-based lending.
• Structured finance and securitisation.
• Refinancings, financial restructurings and other complex financing arrangements.
• Cross-border transactions involving financial institutions, investment funds, sponsors and corporate borrowers.

Experience required

• Qualified in England and Wales
• Have 1-3 years PQE gained in a leading banking & finance practice.
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
