Job summary

LAW Absolute is seeking a Banking & Finance Associate (6mth–3 years PQE) to join a leading global law firm. The ideal candidate will be a junior to mid-level Finance lawyer with experience in debt finance, leveraged finance and asset-based lending, and will demonstrate outstanding drafting skills and a strong grasp of complex financing structures.

Banking & Finance Associate 6mth - 3 years PQE

A leading global law firm has opened a new opportunity for a junior to mid-level Finance lawyer.

The team is looking for an Associate who is, ideally, exploring their first career move and will probably have between 6 month and 3 years’ PQE. Candidates must have experience of debt finance work, leveraged finance and asset-based lending exposure and be able to show excellent drafting skills and a strong grasp of complex financing structures.

The team will welcome an Associate who is keen to work closely with partners, be deeply involved in transactions, draft and negotiate facility agreements and intercreditor agreements and be confident to interact with clients.

This is a super opportunity for an Associate keen for a smaller team and deeper involvement. The firm has a UK HQ but is international and the work and culture will have a global perspective.
