The Role

Join a team that handles all aspects of financing transactions, including structuring, negotiation, closing, and post-completion. Responsibilities include:

• Drafting and reviewing term sheets, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, and facilities agreements.
• Advising on deals for high-profile international clients in real estate, private equity, and leveraged finance.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

What You’ll Bring

• For Associate Roles: 3+ years’ PQE with debt finance experience (leveraged/acquisition finance preferred).
• For Senior Associate Roles: 5+ years’ PQE with a proven track record in sophisticated financing transactions.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• A commercial, proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
