Job summary

Broadgate is seeking a Client Development Manager to join its Banking & Finance practice, working with senior leadership to drive client growth, strengthen market presence and support strategic business development initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.

You will create and implement initiatives, collaborate with partners, lead compelling pitches and use market intelligence to prioritise opportunities with measurable commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development within professional services or related field.
• Ability to build relationships with banking clients and intermediaries.
• Experience crafting market entry or growth strategies across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement business development initiatives that strengthen client relationships and generate new opportunities across Banking & Finance.
• Collaborate with partners and senior stakeholders to identify target clients and develop market engagement strategies.
• Lead the preparation of pitches, proposals, credentials and client materials to support business-winning opportunities.
• Use market intelligence and CRM data to identify trends, prioritise opportunities and improve activity effectiveness.
• Manage and support key client events, sponsorships, and networking to drive measurable commercial outcomes.
