Chadwick Nott is recruiting for a Banking & Finance Associate or Senior Associate in Bristol. The role offers exposure to a broad range of finance transactions and you will advise lenders and borrowers on matters including acquisition finance, real estate finance, and refinancing, while working in a flexible, hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of banking & finance transactions from inception through to completion.
• Advise lenders and borrowers on varied matters, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, restructurings and refinancing.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and understand their commercial objectives.
• Contribute to networking, business development and broader strategic initiatives within the team.
