The Role

Ranked as the gold standard by the Legal 500 Tier system, you will work within this renowned and rapidly growing Manchester Banking and Finance team alongside colleagues from across the UK.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to the full spectrum of financial work, including drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documentation, managing conditions precedent, inter-creditor arrangements, and resolving issues related to lending transactions.

• Commercial awareness and knowledge of current construction law landscape.
