Job summary

Metro Bank in Cardiff is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help customers make confident financial decisions and achieve their goals. You'll build trusted relationships through meaningful conversations and connect customers with the products and support that meet their needs.

No previous banking experience is required. You will join a Monday–Friday store, work 37.5 hours across 5 days, with shift patterns from 8:45am to 5:15pm or 9:00am to 5:30pm, and weekend work possible with a day
