You'll become part of a dynamic, fast-growing Banking & Finance team renowned for delivering innovative legal and regulatory solutions to a global client base. This includes financial institutions, corporate borrowers, capital providers, and regulatory bodies.

Key aspects of the role include:

Advising on a wide spectrum of domestic and cross-border finance transactions.

Supporting clients throughout the entire life cycle of financial arrangements - from inception through to refinancing, restructuring or insolvency processes.

Collaborating with experienced partners and colleagues across the UK and internationally.

Engaging directly with clients to build trusted, long-term relationships.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will:

Have 3-5 years' post-qualification experience in banking and finance law from a respected regional, national or international firm.
