Job summary

Page Personnel is recruiting a Case Manager in Glasgow for a busy pre-offer pipeline in financial services. You will manage cases, answer broker calls, provide updates, and liaise with Underwriting to package applications while keeping notes and next steps up to date.

The role emphasizes data protection, AML compliance, and treating customers fairly. You will prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and maintain excellent attention to detail in a busy environment with hybrid working.

The Successful Applicant

• Prior customer service experience.
• A task-oriented approach, with the ability to prioritise workload, maintain clear task lists, track outstanding actions, chase next steps promptly, update case notes and follow work through to completion.
• An understanding of the current regulatory landscape in respect of data protection, money laundering and treating customers fairly.
• Strong organisation skills, with the ability to work to strict deadlines and maintain excellent attention to detail.
