Care In Mind is seeking an adaptable residential support worker to assist young people aged 16–30 in care settings. You will help build independence through education, life skills and household tasks, while maintaining online care records and supporting medication administration.

No prior care experience is required as full induction training is provided. You will work shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, with ongoing mentoring from clinical staff to support your development.

Formación

• No prior care experience required; full induction training before starting.

• Experience working in a team and understanding issues faced by young people

Responsabilidades

• Support young people to build independence through education, household tasks and general life skills
• Support young people using a therapeutic approach towards individual goals and transition to adult life
• Update online care records
• Complete medication administration
• Keep the home clean and tidy so it feels homely
• Work shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required
