Optegra is seeking an experienced Ward Nurse to join our bank team in York. This role offers up to GBP27 per hour, depending on experience.

The Role

You will participate in all aspects of the Ophthalmic Surgical pathway, providing excellent care and supporting the surgical team with clinical and technical assistance. This includes peri-operative and post-operative care within our surgical and refractive suites.

What You'll Need

• Registered General Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner qualification
• Current NMC/ODP registration without restrictions
• Qualification in Ophthalmology or Perioperative Care
• Minimum of one year experience in an Ophthalmology Theatre
• Knowledge of private and NHS surgical settings
