One Stop Healthcare in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Bank Ward Nurse to join the ASU Ward team. You will deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients and work with the multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate, benefits, and the chance to develop skills in private healthcare day surgery settings. NMC registered nurses with current surgical experience are encouraged to apply, with interviews and onboarding arranged on site.

Competenze

• NMC registration with current practice as a surgical nurse preferred.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Ward Nurses to join our Ward team based in Hemel Hempstead. You will join us on a Bank basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate plus benefits.

About the role

• To deliver safe, effective and evidence‑based nursing care to patients and their families within the ASU Ward.
• To work closely with the multidisciplinary team to achieve/maintain an outstanding, patient‑focused service.
• To provide support/ education to more junior members of staff and supervise Healthcare Assistants.

About you

• Be a Registered Nurse with NMC registration with no pending referrals/restrictions to practice, with current and relevant experience as a surgical nurse ideally within day surgery and private healthcare experience delivering a high standard of patient care.
