As a Bank Supported Housing Worker at Worthing Foyer, you’ll support residents with housing, budgeting, independent living, education and wellbeing, in a 29-bed service staffed 24/7 with a trauma-informed approach.

Qualifications

• Experience with young people or in a supported housing, care, education, or community setting.
• Ability to work flexibly across days, evenings, nights and weekends.
• Approachable, compassionate and resilient with safeguarding commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing and tenancy support and signposting.
• Support budgeting and financial wellbeing.
• Develop independent living skills with residents.
• Promote education, training and employment opportunities.
• Support health, wellbeing and community connections.
• Help run the service day-to-day with reliability.
