Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a dedicated support worker to help people in Whitstable, Blean and Herne Bay live meaningful lives on their own terms. You will tailor support daily, promote independence, and help build social connections through local activities and community engagement.

This role offers an hourly rate of £13.00, with shifts in Whitstable and nearby areas. Full training is provided and you will need a full UK driving licence with access to a car to travel between sites.

Who will I support?

You’ll be supporting people in Whitstable (CT5), Blean (CT2), and Herne Bay (CT6). To travel between these areas, you’ll need a car and a full UK driving licence. The people we support enjoy a wide variety of social and leisure activities. Whether it’s scenic drives, trips to the cinema, bowling, shopping, or relaxing at garden centres and cafés, no two days are the same. They also love catching up with friends at the pub and spending quality time with their families at home.
