Overview

We have an opportunity available for a Bank Support Worker to join the team at Darlington Rapid Response based in Darlington, DL1 4UB.

Salary: £12.60 hourly

Responsibilities

As a Bank Support Worker, you will embody our core values while providing exceptional care and unwavering support to service users, particularly those with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviours that challenge.

You will provide personal care, administer medication, and assist with domestic tasks. With your kind and compassionate heart, you will create an environment of warmth and care that makes service users feel seen and valued.

As a tailor-made supporter, you will adjust your approach to each individual's unique needs, ensuring they receive the highest level of care possible. Qualifications

It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
