Located in Kendal, Cambian Shap Road is an outstanding residential care home providing exceptional support for young adults with Learning Disabilities and autism spectrum challenges. Our aim is to help residents live as independently as possible and integrate into the community, fostering their personal growth and confidence.
As a Support Worker, you will work with happy, safe, and respectful young adults, supporting activities that promote charity work, independence, leadership, resilience, and social engagement. Successful candidates will support individuals with complex needs, including Autism & Learning Disabilities, working alongside a multidisciplinary team dedicated to preparing young people for adulthood, employment, and fulfillment.
