Qualifications

• No previous care sector experience required; full training, coaching and development provided.
• Must be over 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Day-to-day support and routine for people we support.
• Prompt independence while helping them live a fulfilling life.
• Support and encourage development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Maintain and assist with health care needs, including accompanying to routine appointments or administering medication.
• Teach life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
• Assist with personal care as required.
• Help with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
