Agincare Havant is hiring a Bank Support Worker to help people live happier, more fulfilling lives at home. You’ll listen, build trust, and encourage independence while coordinating with a supportive local team in Havant.

Role includes personal care, activity encouragement, and accurate record-keeping, with training up to QCF Level 5 and ongoing development. This is a flexible, values-led position offering progression and community impact.

Competenze

• Calm, patient and caring approach; willingness to learn and build trust.
• Previous experience in a care or support role preferred
• Team player who values consistency
• Full UK driving licence
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
• Fully funded training up to QCF Level 5 for career progression
