Job summary

Affinity Trust in Dunstable is seeking a Bank Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities enjoy meaningful moments, from walks and cafés to hobbies and time at home.

You will listen attentively, follow individual routines, treat everyone with dignity, and empower people to live with confidence and independence; a DBS check is provided for the role, and we move quickly to offer suitable candidates.

As a Bank Support Worker in Dunstable, you’ll support people with learning disabilities to enjoy what matters most to them - from walks and cafés to hobbies and time at home. Your role is to empower and connect, helping them navigate life with confidence and independence.

We’re looking for someone who is naturally good at listening and taking cues from the people we support. You’ll treat each person with dignity and respect, follow their lead on routines and choices, and use a caring, patient approach full of encouragement.
