Job summary

Affinity Trust is hiring a Bank Support Worker in Dunstable. The role offers an hourly rate of £13.00 per hour (currently £12.75, rising to £13.00 on 26 October) with bank hours available. You will help people with learning disabilities enjoy daily activities, provide caring support, and follow individual routines to promote independence.

A DBS check is required and paid for by the employer. Affinity Trust is Disability Confident and will interview all disabled applicants who meet the minimum

As a Bank Support Worker in Dunstable, you’ll support people with learning disabilities to enjoy what matters most to them - from walks and cafés to hobbies and time at home. Your role is to empower and connect, helping them navigate life with confidence and independence.
